One of the most versatile of comedians, a great actor and a popular influencer, Naveen Richard can light up any room with his presence. Best known for his comedy avatar ‘Uncle Francis’ Naveen Richard's comedy style has been compared with Mr Bean and Jim Carrey.
A lawyer turned comedian, he rose to fame with ‘ThemBoxerShorts’, a YouTube channel that produced sketches. He went on to become a stand-up comedian and his work with ‘Better Life Foundation’ made him a favourite among many.
Naveen has performed at over 400 stand-up shows. His most successful gigs include ‘Stage 42’, ‘Bangalore Comedy Festival’ and ‘Chennai's Fringe Comedy Festival’. He has also toured the country for his first solo special, ‘Don’t Make that Face’.
Naveen has also acted in ‘Challenge Accepted’ (Comedy Central TV show) and ‘Starboyz’ (a comedy sci-fi web series with Kenny Sebastian) on YouTube as part of ‘Laughter Games’. He was also a judge in the popular comedy centric reality show, ‘Comicstaan’.
He made his acting debut in the Amazon Prime Videos web series ‘Pushpavalli’ along with ‘Better Life Foundation’ and ‘Calling Emergency Services’.
The Toilet Experience', and ‘Creative Wifi Passwords’ are some of his famous stand-up comedy gigs.

In 2012, Naveen was the finalist in Comedy Central’s Indian Comedy Festival.
